Old fans will be recycled or reused, or aspects can be restored during a routine overhaul; which will help to prolong their typical lifespan. If you are in a situation where you need to minimise your downtime whilst retaining your fan on-site, then we can manufacture replacement parts at our factory, and fit them onsite.

Motors
CFM can refurbish existing motors or source replacements for damaged units allowing the full turnkey refurbishment of a fan at our works in Huddersfield.
Test Running
All refurbished fans will be test run in our specialist run test area. Fans will then be trim balanced to the appropriate standard before being made ready for return to the client.
Repair & Replace
If a fan unit is returned damaged CFM can undertake a full technical assessment of the fan design to ensure any repairs or new parts are suitably designed for the fan application. New parts are manufactured and fitted in house by or experienced engineering team. With the fan then test run and trim balanced before returning to the customer.
